We’re looking for a Head of Sales Enablement to join our team in New York.

About the role

As an experienced Sales enablement leader, you will be accountable for designing and implementing DICE sales enablement strategy. You will work closely with internal stakeholders in wider global markets and the artist team, to ensure all business opportunities are maximised.

You'll be

  • Establishing and executing the learning and development strategy for the sales department
  • Building a global sales enablement team to accelerate growth in all countries DICE operates 
  • Designing and implement a comprehensive initial onboarding and ramp process for all sales new joiners in existing and new countries 
  • Designing, implementing and helping drive the adoption of sales processes to support global sales initiatives 
  • Ensure our sales playbooks enable DICE  sales team to continuously learn
  • Working closely with Partner Marketing, Product, and creating to understand and articulate DICE value proposition to all Sales team members
  • Assess training needs across sales programs and audiences and make recommendations on appropriate solutions for achieving the intended sales training objectives.
  • Innovate and constantly review processes for efficiency, scale or quality improvements.
  • Embedding Salesforce as the sales system of record and client engagement, ensuring processes are adopted to maximise system integrity and output
  • Building a global sales enablement team to accelerate growth in all countries DICE operates 
  • Contributing to the design of key sales events and messaging throughout the year, in particular sales kick-off

You are

  • A strong communicator. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Inspires trust with internal clients, especially stakeholders – a trusted advisor. 
  • A confident negotiator, able to deliver on the training strategy with the support of direct and dotted-line reports, external vendors, and the cross-functional teams.
  • Experienced with objection handling – and able to resolve technical hurdles to adoption.
  • Passionate about developing sales people and see your initiatives translate in sales
  • Self-sufficient and get motivated with your passion for training.
  • Definitely a creative and critical thinking professional.

You'll need

  • To understand the platform and technology we provide and be able to fully articulate this to all members of the team 
  • Excellent time & project management skills.
  • Extensive experience in implementation, execution and management of sales training in the B2B space, preferably in the creative industry
  • Experience in deploying and measuring the performance of scalable sales training programs via eLearning, classroom, and on-the-floor execution – as well as experience in leading internal and outsourced vendors to provide customized solutions for specific needs.
  • Strong operational and strategic experience and should have developed teams, locally and remotely based.
