We are hiring a Part-Time HR Coordinator with extremely flexible scheduling to join a collaborative HR team at our HQ in Burlington, MA. This person will have the opportunity to support a variety of HR-related projects and initiatives. This individual will help maintain a welcoming and exciting workplace for Desktop Metal’s employees.
Provide day-to-day support to the HR team regarding culture drivers, departmental goals, and organizational objectives.
Assist in benefits administration such as health insurance & wellness programs, 401k, and leave programs such as but not limited to FMLA, State Leave, and Disability.
Support in reviewing HR policies and standard operating procedures. Support updating the Employee Handbook and Code of Conduct.
Assist with onboarding and off-boarding procedures.
1-2 minimum years of HR experience.
Passionate about people, developing relationships, and improving the employee experience.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Desire to learn HR disciplines such as – benefits, compliance, performance management, organizational development, training, employee relations, and employment law.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Associates or BA/BS degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management is a plus.
