Customer Success Specialist

As a customer success specialist, you will be an important part of Definitive Healthcare’s Value Delivery team. You’ll work with the Customer Success Manager and Analytics Engagement Manager teams to make sure we are providing ongoing value and support to our customers and help ensure their success with our products. You may also be assigned as the relationship owner to some accounts. This role will support customer onboarding, training, customer engagement and other support requirements and you’ll be expected to be a proactive customer advocate.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide customer onboarding support and proactive continual education.
•Produce Quarterly Business Reports (QBRs) for customers and provide other regular and custom reporting.
•Create and maintain a Customer Success Plan that focuses on value delivery.
•Monitor and support customer usage, adoption and support continued use of solution portfolio.
•Provide administrative support to the Value Delivery Team including project management/administration and data entry.
•Be a proactive partner in identifying opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.

What you’ll need

•1-4 years of experience preferably in a customer facing role.
•Exceptional attention to detail and a desire to look for and solve problems.
•Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data sets.
•Proven success in managing multiple competing priorities.
•Exceptional communication skills, and the ability to speak up, share ideas, and solicit feedback.
•Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
