Job Role
Definitive Healthcare is looking for a Project Manager to help manage internal team initiatives.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing incoming Professional Services projects as well as providing frequent read-outs to leadership on project status and key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will be results driven and have a blend of organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a strong team-first mentality.

Responsibilities
- Manage the of incoming workflow of Professional Services projects via online project management tools
- Assist with time management software process flow and approvals
- Review and parse documentation backlog prior to planning meetings
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of critical team specific operating procedure documentation
- Coordinate with analyst teams to ensure proper adherence to Professional Services standards
- Effectively summarize key information such as project progress, timeline updates, and key performance indicators to management on a regular cadence
- Proactively provide key project issues and missed deadlines to management to ensure alignment
- Methodically track all action items and development work for ongoing projects and processes
- Manage outreach to analytics engagement team on UFR accounts and at risk key performance indicators
- Maintain frequent communication within the PS management structure regarding current project status, issues, contingencies, and milestones
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a project manager, project coordinator, or operations associate
- 1+ year experience with SalesForce reporting
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean, Waterfall, etc.)
- Exposure to project management tools (Asana, Jira, Azure, Hive, etc.)
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- High level of initiative and the ability to work collaboratively
