Salary Range for this role is between $90-$130K plus Bonus and Commission

About Our Customer Strategy Team

The Customer Value team at Databook is composed of a handful of functions: Customer Strategy, Customer Support, Solutions, and Value Architecture. Our Customer Strategy organization functions as the face of Databook for our clients across the globe. We act as strategic partners to help drive transformation in our customers’ sales organizations and align Databook usage across their sales cycle to drive increased pipeline, higher close rates, and larger deal sizes. We collaborate with Sales to ensure customers are successful across the customer lifecycle, from launch & enablement through value realization & renewal. We are a team of individuals passionate about building an exceptional customer experience and bring enthusiasm for all things analytics, process, and operations. 

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Customer Strategy Sr Consultant to manage accounts and drive customer retention and account growth through Databook’s industry-changing solutions. You’ll have a book of business and work directly with our customers - sales leaders at some of the largest and fastest-growing technology and consulting companies in the world. If you are passionate about driving excellence in customer value, building strong relationships, and the chance to help scale a fast-growing business, this is the role for you! 

Specifically, you will:

  • Directly collaborate with your customers to ensure they are receiving value from Databook's software throughout the customer journey
  • Analyze platform analytics to help your clients understand how Databook is impacting their sales pipeline or other KPIs while strategizing on how to increase usage, user maturity, and alignment to organization goals
  • Review customer health scores and MEDDPICC to ensure accounts and opportunities are healthy/strong, and ideate on how to improve customer health and outcomes
  • Meet regularly with your clients’ sales, sales operations, and sales enablement leaders to gain insight into business objectives and align on Databook’s positioning to support those goals
  • Collaborate with internal Databook stakeholders to drive renewals, cross-sell, and upsell consistently and on time
  • Contribute to Customer Strategy team growth and scalability through ongoing internal Databook projects and initiatives

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer success, enterprise sales, sales enablement, or value consulting role
  • Experience owning and managing executive-level relationships with clients/customers
  • Background in account management preferred, or other role that included customer-facing project management ownership
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to senior business audiences
  • Positive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to succeed in any task
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a strategic mindset who likes working in an agile, ever-changing business environment

Ideal candidates will also have:

  • Significant degree of financial acumen
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)
