We are looking for an influential leader known for driving acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention at all major touch points of the funnel. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and finance partners to lead innovation and process improvement initiatives across all e-commerce touch points including pricing/SKU strategy, merchandizing, and customer relationship management .
You will be based in New York, NY.
At Dashlane you will:
Build an ROI-based strategy for all elements of e-commerce including pricing/SKU strategy, merchandizing, and CRM
Drive innovation and collaborate with product management and other key stakeholders to to meet customer needs and support your vision for a best-in-class approach
Leverage all customer data to understand and report on performance and identify opportunities, including gathering competitive intelligence
Identify gaps in the product portfolio (from a value proposition, pricing, or offer perspective) and work proactively to address them
- Recommend strategies for user acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention; align with marketing to set corresponding goals across other channels (e.g. paid search, organic, social, etc.).
Manage and grow a strong team
We are looking for someone who has:
BA/BS degree with 10+ years of experience (ideally across e-commerce, merchandizing, pricing, and/or CRM).
We're also looking for:
- Solid understanding of technology and digital app distribution & monetization practices
Motivated self-starter; a results-oriented executive who is able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast, change-oriented environment
Strong website and mobile app experience, as well as consumer analytic skills, including the ability to link design and features to strategic objectives and the ability to use the data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations
Curious and entrepreneurial leader that stays abreast of industry trends, able to set a vision, orchestrate a process to execute on that plan, and influence and inspire others to believe
Track record of increasing product engagement and revenue in an omni-channel environment
- Experience working in matrixed organizations with global engineering teams
- Strong communications skills, with the ability to communicate across the entire organization
- Ability to travel internationally
