Current Media Group is a collection of direct mail and online brands offering products direct to consumer. We are known for products ranging from fun and trendy greeting cards to stationery and personalized gifts. Many of our unique and creative cards and gifts are designed and manufactured at our Colorado Springs, CO location.
As a CAC Inbound Representative, you must be confident, outgoing and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. You must also be a team-oriented person who is open minded and willing to learn and who has the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment. It is also vital for your role as an Inbound Customer Care Representative that you articulate with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to easily establish rapport with customers.
- Provide world-class customer service to the Current, Colorful Images and/or Lillian Vernon customers.
- Answer inbound calls from customers while accurately keying the corresponding information into the ordering system.
- Build rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous friendly manner using procedures learned during new-hire training and/or previous customer service experience.
- Upsell our products that benefit the customer and add revenue to the order.
- Maintain company and customer confidentiality.
- CAC Inbound Representatives may also be trained to work with customers through Email and Live Chat.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications
- Punctuality and consistent work attendance
- Customer Service and Call Center experience a plus
*This is a part-time position with no benefits. The schedule of this position will me Monday-Friday, 10:00 am-2:00 pm.*
