Job Description

It is important that you take a responsive and caring approach. Paid training will allow you to learn the business protocols, and, in the end, you will possess the skills to provide an excellent experience that provides the customer with a solution/resolution with one contact.
Position Details
- Pay starting at $15.00 an hour.
- Flexible schedules
- 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday (weekends as needed during busy season)
- Seasonal employment offers sick paid time off.

Responsibilities
- Listen to customers, understand, and meet their needs. Resolve customer issues while building rapport and creating a memorable experience.
- Utilize systems and technology to complete all service tasks.
- Maintain company and customer confidentiality.
- Appropriately escalate customer feedback and/or concerns with your management team.
- Assist with other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Call center experience preferred but not required.
- Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications as well as web-based applications
- Punctuality and consistent work attendance
- Strong decision-making ability
- Problem solving skills.
- Mathematical skills.
