About the Role:
As the Sr. Manager of Business Process Optimization, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing improvements in business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall organizational performance. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of driving process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, process mapping, and change management, along with excellent communication and leadership abilities. What You’ll Do:
- Process Analysis and Improvement
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of current business processes
- Identify areas for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancements.
- Develop and implement optimized processes to streamline operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their process challenges and requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure process improvements are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
- Project Management
- Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception through completion.
- Develop project plans, set timelines, and ensure adherence to milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Change Management
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
- Communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders, providing training and support as needed.
- Monitor and measure the impact of process changes to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in process improvement, project management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in process mapping and redesign.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with ERP systems and process automation tools is a plus.
