What You’ll Do:
As an Associate Retail Systems Analyst, you will support our retail organization and leadership by performing analyses and identifying opportunities on our ecommerce menus to boost sales, productivity, and profitability. You will also be responsible for supporting and maintaining product and promotional activities across all our IT platforms, including POS, E-commerce, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will work in close partnership with cross-functional teams to support the company's long-term tech stack roadmap, and best-in-class execution.
- Primary owner of product and discount/promo creation and maintenance within all digital environments for retail: (POS – Dutchie, Biotrack, Ecom – Dutchie, IHeartJane, ERP – Microsoft Dynamics (F&O))
- In partnership with marketing and planning teams to create, input and maintain all promos and discounts in a timely manner while ensuring proper functionalities for all applicable markets
- Ensure all products are created, entered, and maintained prior to product arriving in stores in accordance with internal SLAs
- Utilize cross-functional partners to collect and maintain accurate product information.
- Make any necessary updates and manage maintenance of all product masters for all retail markets
- Manage online menus and make updates and improvements as necessary
- Manage and execute pop-up notifications when needed
- Address and timely resolve tickets that are inputted from the field to Retail Systems Ticketing
- Primary point of contact for all product and promo/discount considerations to both internal stakeholders as well as outside vendors as it relates to systems execution.
- Communicate discount and promotion information to retail store teams where applicable.
- Ensure appropriate brand launch success of new product and brand offerings
- Analyze product catalogs and master data, and surfaces opportunities within sales, marketing, planning financial, and operational areas of the business as it relates to product and promotion/discounts and how they interact with our guests online, to then articulate to retail leadership the successes and missed opportunities.
- Assumes a role in the development of all store and field management system enhancements to increase efficiency in the delivery of sales and financial results as it relates to product and/or promotion/discounts.
- Maintain and improve overall product and promo/discount processes to continuously drive sales and minimize waste.
- Travel Requirements: 25%
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Proficiency in POS and Ecom platforms (Dutchie, SWEED, and iHeartJane)
- Familiarity with ERP and other enterprise planning systems (finance, operations, etc.).
- Familiarity with Seed to Sale systems (METRC, BT, MJ Freeway)
- Highly proficient in Excel and report building
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Effective collaborator with cross-functional teams
- Ability garner support and influence when needed
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
