What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent and Organizational Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating talent development and organizational effectiveness initiatives to support the achievement of our business objectives. This role will report to the Talent & OD Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Assist in designing and implementing talent management programs, including onboarding, and succession planning, to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Drive performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, performance feedback, and development planning.
- Work with Learning and Development to identify leadership development needs and design programs to cultivate leadership capabilities at all levels of the organization.
- Support organizational change initiatives, providing change management expertise, communication strategies, and support to ensure successful implementation.
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies and initiatives to foster a positive work environment, improve morale, and increase retention.
- Conduct data analysis and utilize metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent and organizational development programs, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support in creating and keeping updated the SOPs for the department.
- Collaborate with People & Culture business partners, managers, and other stakeholders to align talent development initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent management and organizational development.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Three years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR field.
- Experience with a Talent Management systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
