We are looking for individuals who will be working with a variety of manufacturing/light industrial/production tasks. We have a very fast paced environment. You must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to change priorities and tasks as needed. This is assembly line work with repetitive tasks.
*Our facility operates on a work schedule of 4 10-hour days. This is an overnight shift, from 8 pm - 6:30 am Sunday - Wednesday*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the production line
- Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies
- Fill and package products for delivery
- Prepare stickers, labels and boxes
- Record data
- Perform other related work as required
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Retail or manufacturing experience
- Experience in the cannabis industry desirable, but not required
- Must be 21 years old
- Excellent communication skills
- Innate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to match
- Ability to critically think and problem solve without direction
- High level of integrity
- Subject to background check per state cannabis requirements
