We are two roles open in our Platform Camp for Senior Engineers. If you are experienced in driving technical change and excited by writing the code that powers a product you believe in, then we'd love to speak with you. As part of Platform Camp, you will play an instrumental part in improving the experience of using Culture Amp's products and own the strategic initiatives to unify our two platforms.
Software Engineering at Culture Amp is an inclusive practice distributed across cross-functional, lightweight Agile teams, many of which are remote-friendly, and all of which embrace flexible work arrangements. What you'll bring to Culture Amp
- You have a growth mindset and can adapt to a changing environment
- You have experience working in agile teams and shipping software iteratively
- You naturally think out loud, bring others into conversations and thereby encourage cross-pollination of ideas
- You are adept at communicating complex technical matters in a clear, understandable way
Where you'll be working on;
Our teams are mission aligned and own the product they are building end to end. Within each team we have a balance of Front End focused and Back End focused Engineers. The opportunity we have within this team would suit a Front End focused engineer or a Full Stack engineer whose excited to do more front end work.
You'll get a chance to focus on User Interfaces and Experience. Our front end tech stack is mainly React and Typescript. You are comfortable going beyond just writing code and willing to participate in collaborating with designer, analysing impact, testing changes and other aspects of user problems we are solving.
