You are an experienced Sales Analyst who will play a key role in our Go-to-Market Operations team, are deeply passionate about leveraging data to drive insight and action and think strategically across the entire revenue funnel.
We are looking for a highly collaborative, strategic individual that can be a critical partner to experienced sales leadership and operations teams. Your role at Culture Amp
You will play a key role in partnering with the marketing and sales teams to drive revenue efficiency and conversion. While the core of the role is focused on sales analytics, this is a full-funnel role which will involve you deeply in the entire customer journey. During your first 90 days, you will:
Lead development in tableau of dashboards for our SDR, AE and AM teams
Refine and improve our AE economic model
Understand our sales funnel and generate new insights that we can capitalize on
10x our sales forecasting
Help our team quantify and optimize our post-sales sales cycle
What will you bring to Culture Amp?
3-5 years in a sales analytics role at a growing B2B company
Experience with sales planning, territories, sales conversion
Deep understanding of key sales metrics and data
A passion for the power of data
Deep experience with BI tools (i.e. Tableau) and working with data warehouses and data modeling
Experience with key sales systems include Salesforce, Outreach, Steelbrick
Demonstrated experience working with business leaders to turn problems into impactful solutions
