JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Manager. The Systems Manager is responsible for the overall effectiveness, adoption and performance of all supply chain applications while also serving as a primary Supply Chain point of contact for Cresco’s Technology organization. The role includes closely working with the IT organization to monitor system performance and suitability to business needs and working closely with the Cresco Technology Team and external system providers to define ongoing support, system upgrades and functionality enhancements.

Successful application management requires a close and effective partnership with supply chain business partners and system users, management, Cresco Technology team and system providers. Supply chain applications include warehouse management system, fleet management system, purchase and pay system, ERP, and Master Data implementation. The manager is responsible for coordinating with and supporting Cresco’s Technology organization in its system administration, maintenance, end user training, end user change requests and customizations and troubleshooting / issue resolution tasks.  

CORE JOB DUTIES

System Manager responsibilities include:

  • Engage with business stakeholders and maintain positive relationships with critical business leaders across the Cresco Labs organization.
  • Own the portfolio of multiple supply chain applications to determine areas of improvements and gaps in Application support to then work on these with Cresco’s Technology organization.
  • Work closely with the leadership teams of Cresco Supply Chain and Technology to prioritize efforts and leverage technology to support the supply chain business and enterprise financial objectives.
  • Ensure that communication with operational users is effective via regular meetings to review outstanding problems, initiatives to improve systems, increase utilization of system features and generally improve the effectiveness of systems.
  • Work with Cresco’s Technology organization to develop, publish, and maintain a supply chain technology road map that reflects the dynamic business and technology needs of Cresco and its Supply Chain function.
  • Develop and maintain system user documentation and provide on-going training to the user community.
  • Prepare status reports and other ad-hoc reports and information to be distributed across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain processes with experience in business process optimization and IT solutioning to include enterprise implementations across Supply Chain functions such as Procurement, Forecasting, Demand/Supply Planning, Sales, Finance, Order Fulfillment, Warehousing, Logistics, Transportation, Master Data Management and Business Intelligence / Data Analytics.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have a verifiable track record of successfully developing and maintaining relationships between functional teams and technology teams in a variety of operating environments.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
    • 6+ years’ experience in Supply Chain systems management .
    • Proven experience and comprehensive understanding of enterprise supply chain systems and their implementation across multiple geographies within dynamic production environments.
    • Experience across multiple Supply Chain functions (Procurement, Forecasting, Demand/Supply Planning, Order Fulfillment, Warehousing, Logistics, Transportation, Master Data Management and Business Intelligence / Data Analytics) and the systems which support them.
    • Experience in the software development methodology lifecycle a plus.
    • Demonstrated success in managing change, projects and programs associated with supply chain technologies.
    • Track record of developing, managing and growing the relationship between functional teams and technology organizations.
    • Superior hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio).
    • Analytical skills – demonstrated ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources in an effort to assess risk and reconcile conflicts.
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with impeding deadlines.
    • Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the Cresco Labs organization.
