Who are we looking for? 

As an Operations Associate - Fintecht at CreditBook, you’ll partner with product managers, data analysts, customer support, and the finance team to envision, build, and scale one of the fastest growing B2B companies in MENAP.

How you’ll make an impact 

  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fintech operations run smoothly 
  • Partner with the finance team to make processes as seamless as possible, including funding of various bank accounts and money movement between accounts 
  • Reconcile all transactions on a daily basis and present a summary of findings to the fintech team 
  • Liaise with the customer support team and ensure bank partners and telcos help resolve disputed transactions swiftly and efficiently
  • Collect, synthesize, and distribute customer feedback related to the mobile wallet, and make recommendations to all relevant stakeholders 
  • Contributing to high-level strategic decisions within the rest of the fintech team 
  • Provide feedback to the product team on features within their respective fintech products that can enable better product-market fit 

What we’d love to see 

  • 2+ years of experience in tech, retail banking, microfinance, or a telco involving settlement operations and movement of funds 
  • Experience executing cross-functional work, and working with 3rd parties to drive execution
  • Strong communication skills in English & Urdu 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, fast-learning, and an ability to work with data 
  • Past experience working on implementation of experiments, such as A/B testing, is a bonus
