What you will do:
We’re looking for someone to join our Strategy & Operations team at the Associate level, where you will be responsible for elevating analytics across the entire organization with a focus on sales & marketing operations.
Immediate projects:
Develop and optimize the processes by which prospects are entered into automated sales & marketing email/call sequences
Manage CreativeX domain health to improve delivery rates, open rates and reply rates of email campaigns
Lead an assessment of Linkedin ads and analyze the results to determine whether it is an appropriate marketing channel for the CreativeX product offering
Analyze sales cycle data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
Assist with KPI reporting to monitor the company’s financial and operational performance
Who you are:
You have 1-2 years of experience in an analytically-focused role (experience in finance, consulting, growth marketing, or sales operations is a plus)
You embrace data & analytics in all your decision making
You embrace autonomy are excited about the idea of owning projects “cradle to grave” - you come up with the idea, execute it, and report on it
You have experience with (or deep knowledge of) B2B enterprise SaaS sales tactics and how outbound sales and inbound marketing work harmoniously
You have experience with or embrace the idea of learning various sales & marketing reporting technologies (current tech stack includes Seamless.ai, Outreach.io, Salesforce, Hubspot, and Tableau)
