About CreativeX

CreativeX is building technology to power every creative decision with data. Our tools and data application help some of the world’s biggest brands, including Unilever, Google, Heineken and more, measure the quality of their content.

We are looking for someone to join our existing business Sales team as an Enterprise Account Manager to help us achieve our goal of driving product adoption and value realisation across our client base, while building scalable systems and processes that will allow us to successfully manage a growing client base.

This role will report to the VP of Sales and will be based in London. As an Enterprise Account Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end relationship of our enterprise accounts, from overseeing the onboarding process to driving adoption of the product through to successful renewals and upsells.  Your goal is to demonstrate value to our clients to ensure successful renewal outcomes.

Who we are looking for:

As an Enterprise Account Manager, your role will be a perfect blend of ensuring seamless delivery, building great relationships and hitting targets.  Your role will be the first of its kind at CreativeX as we are designing a new function to handle our scaled portfolio of Fortune 500 clients. You will own the day-to-day operations of the account, much like our existing Client Success Managers, and will also be the strategic & commercial lead, like our Global Client Partners. You will run a portfolio of relationships, consulting them on use of our technology and data, partnering with their agencies and other partners (e.g. Meta & Google), to transform the way that creative data informs their marketing strategy. You’ll work with senior marketing leaders, all the way up to VP and C-Level stakeholders, to understand your clients’ business objectives and design a joint business plan to create a roadmap of how to drive success for your clients from using our technology.  You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving adoption of the product to deliver business impact, laying the foundations for your successful renewal of the account.

You’re passionate about strategic sales, you’re entrepreneurial and keen to run your own business - this role is an opportunity to take ownership of an essential part of the CreativeX client portfolio and design how we can create a scalable way of working to continue driving retention and growth.

What you will do:

  • Own the client relationship from signature through to renewal, ensuring client satisfaction, product adoption and retention
  • Drive adoption of the product through program management, delivery, value-led presentations and trainings
  • Own senior relationships with CreativeX clients and their third party partners, e.g. Meta, Google, Media agencies, to create joint business plans for success
  • You will actively engage with key decision-makers to identify client requirements and uncover roadblocks to craft strategies to combat these and ensure expectations and deliverables are met
  • Drive results through relationship building, operational delivery and clearly defined Joint Business Plans which marries client & product needs with a view on the evolving maturity of the account
  • Discover opportunities for growth within existing accounts, mapping out account stakeholders and business objectives and proactively owning the full sales cycle
  • Articulate the value of the CreativeX technology across enterprise clients at all levels
  • Collaborate with New Business Sales, Partnerships, Product and Marketing teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Meet and exceed net ARR targets, managing forecasting, proposals, contract negotiations and renewals
  • Partner closely with the VP of Sales, Director of CS and our existing Sales team and Client Success team to shape how we create a scalable Account Management function, and renewals process playbook for your portfolio

Who you are:

  • Client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences, and take a consultative approach
  • Exceptional presentation, written, and oral communication skills
  • Strong objection-handling skills and experience with value-based contract negotiations
  • Data-driven, and passionate about the power of data and insights.
  • Capable of building strong relationships and engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, ideally up to the C-suite
  • Resourceful, hard working, and solutions-oriented mindset -- you work to solve problems proactively exceeding client expectations
  • Able to embrace ambiguity and apply experiences to come to tactical and strategic growth resolutions
  • Highly organized and skilled with project management, and meticulous with details, allowing you to work across several projects/clients concurrently
  • A team player, who can also work autonomously with minimal direction
  • Willing to invest in company culture and go above and beyond your job description

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

  • 5 + years experience in Enterprise CS/Sales/Account management in the field of media, marketing/advertising, technology or analytics.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in the ARR business model, and owning the full renewal & upsell process
  • Experience in a full-cycle, SaaS sales experience with enterprise/fortune 500 clients, knowledge of how enterprise organizations operate is critical.
  • Start up experience
  • Language skills preferred (ideally Spanish)

The preferred qualifications are not dealbreakers! At CreativeX we encourage applicants of all backgrounds and identities to apply for roles that align with their own interests and career trajectory. If you see yourself in this role, we would love to see your application!

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
