CreativeX is an automated creative excellence technology whose vision is to enhance creative expression through objectivity. Our technology is used globally by CMOs and VPs of Media and Insights at Fortune 500 brands like Unilever, Mondelez, Heineken and even Facebook to measure creative efficiency, consistency, and impact across all image and video content worldwide.
We work solely with enterprise clients and negotiate global contracts with some of the biggest companies in the world, and we need your help running and managing this process. We don't expect you to be an expert on our contract issues, and we'll teach you everything you need to know.
As a Contract Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Reviewing customer, vendor and partner commercial agreements (including services agreements and NDAs), and other contracts, and gathering required documents for review by Legal Counsel.
Negotiating contracts with our partners and represent CreativeX during important legal negotiations.
Working closely with our business development teams to move contracts to completion and providing executive summaries of contract issues and proposed solutions.
Working with our legal counsel to draft new legal documents, such as privacy terms or updated T&Cs
Performing administrative tasks related to contract management, including maintaining Procurement database and spreadsheets up to date and providing effective answers to requests from third parties, such as vendor questionnaires.
What we're looking for:
Experience in contract review and negotiation
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract management and contract review in a fast-paced corporate role.
Excellent communication skills (in English), both orally and in writing.
Organization and attention to detail
Ability to learn fast and an aptitude for technical details
Experience in working with legal professionals, including lawyers.
Experience working with SaaS technology solutions gets you major bonus points.
