We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing our go-to-market strategy and successfully launching our new products and features. You'll be responsible for all communication and positioning work and take the lead on developing marketing strategies to accelerate product adoption. This will be a truly cross-functional role, and you'll be working closely with product, engineering, marketing, and sales. In many ways, you will be the glue between the commercial and technical sides of the company and you'll help us craft experience that delight our customers.
Specifically you wIll:
Lead the adoption and usage of our product with clear product positioning, naming, launch strategies and tactics. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop compelling, audience-specific messages, and drive alignment across our go-to-market strategy.
Translate your strategy and messaging into sales enablement tools, playbooks, and other documents for the Commercial team.
Provide internal and external thought leadership - you should enjoy writing, speaking, and generally evangelizing.
Deliver training to sales and other internal teams to build internal understanding of the product value props
What we're looking for:
Exceptional analytical skills, i.e. ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries, and deliver actionable business insights
Experience working with product teams and translating complex technical features into easy-to-understand concepts
Ability to influence, motivate, and train others
Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • The ability to handle uncertainty and ambiguity well. You can make clear decisions without enough information • Knowledge of and/or strong interest in marketing/advertising. • Idealism mixed with pragmatism • Experience in working in a B2B or marketing environment is a plus.
