What to expect?

In your role as our Senior Manager People Business Partner, Europe, you will be a trusted advisor and coach to our Europe based Senior leadership team and accountable for establishing a culture within which our people can succeed. You will provide a hands-on approach to planning, communicating and managing people and change initiatives to elevate employee engagement, performance, career growth and development, and recognition to help us to develop and retain top talent.

  • Develop and drive a top-class, company aligned, people strategy while partnering with  our executive leadership team on processes such as ; engagement, performance and learning programs.
  • Lead and support cross-functional organizational change projects and initiatives as a strong people and cultural thought leader.
  • Provide our executive leadership teams with appropriate data and metrics on people to enable informed talent decisions that drive business performance. 
  • Serving as a subject matter expert, partner with leaders and managers on addressing and solving  for the ‘things we haven’t seen before’ and work to document and operationalize the work so that others can learn from and follow your lead.
  • Take a people leadership role for a PBP and for the EMEA based People Team, supporting the coordination of efforts to solve our most pressing challenges

What you need to be successful?

  • You will be an experienced HR professional with 10+ years of People experience across Europe.
  • CIPD qualification and workday experience are desirable.
  • You are a strategic partner to our executive leadership team and senior management team, and have experience as part of a globally complex company.
  • You will have a great knowledge of leading people trends and  best practice policies and procedures.
  • You’ve had significant  experience building and running high impact engagement projects and programs.
  • You are a great coach.
  • You use data and analytical skills to draw insightful conclusions and solve problems. 
  • You utilize your negotiating and influencing skills to work cross functionally and  build solutions that set the business and teams up for success.
  • A broad depth of experience across the employee life cycle
  • A sound understanding and working knowledge of current legislative requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on own initiative and take the lead where appropriate.
  • You prioritize staying current on European employment law.
  • You are a champion for the company culture and values and work to foster an inclusive and engaged workforce.
