Overview:  

Reporting to the Head of People, the People Team is seeking a People Operations Specialist who will build and support a variety of global human resources initiatives.  You will be a key contributor to a fast growing organization that will define the future state of our employee experience and value proposition.

This role requires a broad range of skills within business partnership, benefits management, talent acquisition, compensation, leveling/mapping, and immigration.  A qualified candidate will have a passion and drive to work in a start-up environment.  This is a Hybrid role that requires the employee to work out of our World Trade Center office 3 days a week.

Essential Functions 

  • Become an impactful member of Constellation’s People Team by executing on the current deliverables & enhancing the culture of the team
  • Build out global programs for the United States, Dubai, LATAM, and Canada
  • Administer and support Constellation’s employee benefits, compensation, immigration, and talent acquisition initiatives
  • Conduct performance reviews, background screenings, and new hire trainings
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding process for employees
  • Utilize a variety of of HR systems that include Greenhouse, Employee Navigator, OCA, Tripactions, DocuSign, HireRight, and Paylocity
  • Provide documentation, reporting, and new ideas for areas of improvement
  • Work with our in-house counsel on visa sponsorship and immigration matters
  • Experience in an environment where mapping, performance levels, compensation bands, and workforce planning has been implemented
  • Document processes, identify HR concerns, and provide complaint resolutions
  • Experience with routine inquiries, correspondence and departmental administration. Such as basic employee questions, organizational change administration, vacancy analysis, performance review support, exit interviews, and more
  • Ability to manage employee relations issues in partnership with the business
  • Ability to assist in the creation, communicate, and adoption of company policies
  • Play a key role in identifying and removing/reducing manual operations and enabling capabilities within the HR Technology landscape.
  • Assist in the management and deployment of new system functionality, processes, and/or integrations in partnership with IT and HR, including executing test scenarios and providing end user training.
  • Knowledge of general HR & Talent services, systems (Greenhouse, Paylocity, & Employee Navigator a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects from inception to completion
  • Experience with Benefits, HSA, 401(k) and other necessary program audits
  • Assist with administration all US leave-of-absence requests with our Leave administrator
  • Assist in the administration all US leave-of-absence requests with our Leave administrator
  • Responds to 401(k) inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience within People Operations, Human Resources and or Talent Acquisition 
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to drive change
  • Exposure to talent acquisition & recruitment operations
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and time management are essential
  • Experience working in a start-up environment that constantly evolves 

Salary:

The salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000
