Here at CTC, we’re an agency of entrepreneurs. We know what it’s like to run an ecommerce business. Because we have. And still do.

Like our clients, we’ve taken 3am calls with overseas suppliers, haggled pennies off pick-and-pack fees, watched something grow and thrive against the odds.

Whether the client dreams of transforming the world or turning a profit, our success depends on their success.

At our core, CTC is a service provider; building brands across visitors, conversion rate, and lifetime value. Centered around our ecommerce growth formula, we tested on our own strategies and brands, to help scale what works.

Additionally, we’re a human service business. And our people are our product. We invest in them because they invest in our client's business. CTC is a fully remote company of creatives, data geeks, and leaders that expanding across the United States & Canada.

We truly believe careers are a catalyst for your future self — because we’re not just interested in who you are, but in who you want to be.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor required by law to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Because a person may become disabled at any time, we ask all of our employees to update their information at least every five years.

Identifying yourself as an individual with a disability is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer will be maintained confidentially and not be seen by selecting officials or anyone else involved in making personnel decisions. Completing the form will not negatively impact you in any way, regardless of whether you have self-identified in the past. For more information about this form or the equal employment obligations of federal contractors under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
