Content Amplification Specialist

The Content Amplification Specialist is a role designed to help amplify the volume, reach and impact of CEO, Taylor Holiday’s, content creation efforts. You will work hand in hand with Taylor to design the content calendar, support in editing the assets and managing distribution against the objective of driving value for the organiztion. You will analyze historical data, identify trends, and then use that information to inform the content product and distribution. Your role is to make data-informed bets on targeting, messaging, and optimizing campaigns to create the best possible outcome for CTC. You will conduct multivariate tests in order to determine the best performing creative and target audiences to will scale client accounts, and take ownership over finding solutions when a bet does not go as planned. You will be responsible for establishing trusting relationships and provide weekly updates to clients, as their primary point-of-contact.

What Success Looks Like

NECESSARY SKILLS

PRODUCING AND EDITING SOCIAL CONTENT IN MULTIPLE MEDIUMS 

  • Must be proficient in video editing and express a deep understanding of social platforms. Specifically Twitter, YouTube and Linkedin.

SOCIAL CONTENT PLANNING 

  • Must have experience planning and executing a content calendar. Must be comfortable managing accounts on all platforms and be familiar with the core features of each. 
  • Must be comfortable managing, scheduling, and publishing content across multiple platforms, several times a day.
  • Must be able to flag important comments and be willing to thoughtfully engage with others on Twitter, Linkedin, etc.

ECOMMERCE KNOWLEDGE 

  • Must have an insatiable appetite for learning and studying CTC material. The expectation is that within a few months you would be able to speak in a voice similar to Taylor. 

NETWORKING 

  • Must be able to identify and build relationships with high value targets in our industry. Must be comfortable interacting with executives at large organizations. 

WRITING 

  • Must display the ability to write in a professional manner. The expectation will often be that you are communicating on behalf of Taylor and will be expected to maintain a high quality of communication.

WILLING TO WORK IN OFFICE 

  • This job requires that you sit right next to Taylor and absorb his whole world. This condition is non-negotiable. 

TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT  

  • Experience with lighting, sound and video equipment is required. You will be asked to set up and manage the studio and production flow for Taylor. 

PROACTIVITY 

  • This person will not wait around to be directed but will be constantly trying to find ways to add additional value to the workflow. A self starter who prides themselves on a high level of output. 



WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?

 

SALARY RANGE

  • $70,000 - $85,000 base salary, annually
    • This is prior to any benefits (see the “ABOUT US” Section for additional details)
  • Bonus Structure | 15% of Salary

This will give you access to an incredible network and endless knowledge about our industry. You will be involved in intimate high level conversations and get a front seat view to the day to day operations of a large agency.
