In order to do this, we are hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing Accounting team in Warsaw.
What you will do.
- Perform full cycle accounts receivable function for Codility UK, ensuring compliance with internal control policies and procedures
- Order Processing: Process customer orders in Salesforce, ensuring the accuracy of the data entered
- Customer Invoicing: Issue customer sales invoices in Netsuite in line with the agreed terms
- Customer Receipts: Daily allocation of all customer incoming payments
- Credit Control: Follow up with customers to ensure timely receipt of payment, setting up customer credit limits
- Cash Flow Forecast: Prepare weekly expected receipts reports for Cash Forecasting purposes
- AR mailbox: management of AR mailbox, answering and resolving queries from both customers and employees
- Provide customer service and support to internal departments and customers with respect to various accounts receivable inquiries
- Build and maintain relationships with the Sales team
- Maintain Customer profiles and related records
- Assist with month-end closing
- Assist with Annual Audits
- Assist with receiving and filing Office mail within our Warsaw office
- Ad hoc requests as and when needed
We would love it if you have.
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience, particularly for International companies and with foreign currencies
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail coupled with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in English
Nice to have.
- Previous experience with NetSuite
- Previous experience with SalesForce
- Previous experience with Tesorio
