The role:

As Frontend Developer - Growth, you will primarily be responsible for using your HTML, CSS, and Javascript skills to spearhead optimization projects across the Codility web domain. You will sit on the Growth team within the greater marketing organization to make codility.com engaging while maximizing conversions. In addition, you will act as an intermediary between the Marketing team and the Product team to assist in the vision and execution of product-led growth initiatives. Projects will be based on insights you and the team gather through platforms like UserTesting, Visual Website Optimizer (VWO), and Google Analytics. 

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Corporate website optimizations
  • Creation of new web assets for lead generation and user acquisition
  • Co-ownership of product-led growth projects
  • Co-ownership of a new web asset built for developers
  • Email template development and implementation

You will love this job if you have: 

  • 2+ years in web development
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design & implementation
  • Working experience in Wordpress 
  • Passion for UX and ability to build responsive solutions
  • The ability to receive user feedback and distill feedback into a clear plan of action
  • A creative and curious mind able to break down problems into basic elements and then reassemble them from the ground up
