What You Would Do
We are looking for a driven Part Time Office Manager in San Francisco who can partner with People Operations to help support our rapidly expanding organization with operational tasks related to our people and workplace. Ideally, hours would be from 9am-1pm MWF but could be flexible within normal working hours. This role has the potential to grow into full-time and expand with our business.
You would grow our “home” to support a high performance organization:
Own our office management function and be the go-to person for anything office related
Creatively design and implement various methods of growing, improving, and maintaining our environment; act intuitively and anticipate needs
Maintain a receptionist function (greeting guests, distributing mail, etc.) and office security
Manage food/beverage vendors and responsibilities, including lunches, snacks, and happy hours
Manage our facilities vendors and landlord relationships to keep services up to agreed standards
Keep track of all supplies, order supplies and equipment, source cost savings, and ensure the office is always stocked
Support back office IT infrastructure (Zoom Rooms, TVs, etc.)
Develop and maintain internal office policies and regulations
Plan local and company-wide events, including happy hours, volunteer opportunities, and our bi-annual global company offsite event
Who You Are
Previous office management, event management, or related experience.
Helping the people around you is what gets you out of bed in the morning and you are not afraid to get out of your comfort zone to do so.
Highly organized, results-oriented, and comfortable spanning many types of operational tasks.
Strong attention to detail balanced with a drive to get things done.
Superb people skills and proven ability influencing both up, down, and across an organization.
Flexibility in dealing with shifting priorities and hunger to grow and learn.
