CLEAR is looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team. You will be working closely with leaders across the company. The team provides financial insights into the business through cross functional partnership, forecasting, budgeting, pricing and special projects. This position reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Finance.
What you’ll do:
- Manage opex / capex budgets for Clear by building, detailed and scalable financial models in partnership with the business and overseeing monthly BvA processes
- Partner with cross functional teams to understand budget needs and performance v. plans; identify key risks & opportunities; serve as critical link between operators, corporate and management
- Automate monthly BvA processes to ensure close processes run quickly and smoothly
- Help drive cost savings initiatives by creating detailed business cases to evaluate and support decision making
- Mentor the Strategic Finance team members
How you’ll measure success:
- Owning internal reporting for opex and capex budgets (e.g. monthly financial reviews)
- Supporting creation of presentations & materials for senior leadership (e.g. Board presentations)
- Improving operational efficiency (e.g. process improvement & system enhancements)
What you’re great at:
- 5+ years experience in finance roles at public companies or high growth start-ups
- Exceptional Excel / financial modeling skills
- Working knowledge of NetSuite / Oracle Planning and business intelligence tools (Looker)
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and exhibit flexibility
- Detail oriented and intellectually curious

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - 150,000 depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
