What you’ll be responsible for:
Circle is looking for a talented instructional designer to develop online training content that enables our team to partner with our prospects and support customers globally. You will partner with members of Circle’s customer-facing teams to build an online curriculum that addresses identified skills deficits and bolsters Circler’s retention of content.
What you'll work on:
- Designing online training lessons to increase the level of knowledge and confidence in serving our prospects and customers
- Developing and maintaining job-aids quick-reference guides and other training aids
- Collaborating internally with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding, skill development, product training and support training
- Designing learning activities, assignments and assessments to certify learning outcomes
- Partnering with Product and Product Marketing to build product release training and new product training

What you’ll bring to Circle:
- 4+ years of experience as a Learning Designer, Instructional Designer, or Curriculum Developer for creating sales training programs
- Ability to work with varied formats of information to create courses like audio/video editing and animation software
- Experience in using a learning management systems (LMS)
- Solid knowledge of contemporary educational strategies, instructional theory, including assessment and certifications
- Superb written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
- Self-learner who can learn to use new technologies with minimal guidance as the tech-stack shifts to meet evolving needs. Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Apple MacOS helpful.
- Experience working with training content spanning multiple geographic regions a plus
- This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.

The compensation range below is specific to New York, NY. Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $105,000 - $140,000
Annual Bonus Target: 12.5%
Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
