What you’ll be responsible for:

Circle is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to play a key role working on a partner-centric go-to-market strategy. This role will align with various partner types including Web3 and Web2 Wallets, Neobanks, Fintechs, Enterprise Tech, Investment Platforms, Remittance and Cross-Border Payments Platforms, and NGOs. You will act as the primary marketing stakeholder to these partners and collaborate directly with them to develop and execute strategic co-marketing campaigns.

You will be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for the activation, growth, and success of partner engagements. Your role will focus on developing and executing co-marketing campaigns with our partners and advising partners on how to best market Circle products to their customers. You will directly collaborate with each partner on growth strategy, content development, PR and comms, product messaging and positioning, and campaign performance data and reporting.

This is a pivotal role within our go-to-market team that will directly contribute to growth objectives including global issuance and utilization of USDC. This role will report to our Sr. Director, Marketing who leads overall Partner Marketing. It will sit in the Americas but will have global coverage, working with partners domestically and internationally. 

What you'll work on:

  • Act as the key marketing stakeholder in enterprise and SMB partnership engagements. You will be responsible for developing growth hypotheses and campaign plans with these partners.
  • Execute co-marketing campaigns with partners to drive growth of the USDC. Typically these campaigns will be B2B2B or B2B2C campaigns targeting our partner’s end-users or customers.
  • Develop educational resources for our partners, including framework and process docs, and product overview materials.
  • Co-create and promote partner marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, and social media campaigns.
  • Measure and analyze the results of all partner marketing campaigns
  • Travel in-region to meet with strategic partners and participate in local ecosystem events with our partners.

What you'll bring to Circle:

  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in any combination of the following: Partner Marketing, Web3 Marketing, Consumer Finance or Payments Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Business Development and Partnerships. Experience with B2B or B2B2C financial services is a plus.
  • Regional exposure and language: Exposure to doing business in LATAM and proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese. Fluency in both languages is a significant plus.
  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of web3, blockchain, digital currency, fintech, and growth marketing.
  • Campaign Prowess: Proven experience with campaign management and execution, including developing marketing collateral from the ground up.
  • Self-Starter: Highly independent and motivated to dive deep into the tech and learn.
  • Structure Builder: Thrives in unstructured environments and builds structure in chaos.
  • Collaboration: Experience with driving GTM execution alongside highly cross-functional teams.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, and MacOS.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $162,500 - $212,500

Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%

Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
