Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer requests via emails, calls, Facebook, chats
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints and queries
  • Anticipate customers' needs and solve their problems
  • Flag and escalate issues as appropriate, filing bug reports, and generally being the eyes and ears of executive management on the ground
  • Liaising with different teams to ensure scooters run smoothly
  • Providing feedback to relevant teams to help improve our customer experience

Requirements

  • Flexible, capable of waking up on Sundays, to work evenings and weekends
  • Having a previous experience in Zendesk is a big plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in European Union
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (both spoken and written)
  • Any other Latin language is a big plus

  • A hands-on and problem solver person, who can turn a terrible call into a world-class customer service experience
  • Patient and cold-headed not scared of doing multiple tasks at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Fast-learner and a good time manager
