POSITION SUMMARY:
Broadvoice is looking for a dynamic and driven Account Executive to join our expanding sales team in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business, acquiring new clients, and building lasting relationships that contribute to our company's growth in the SaaS and BPO sectors. Your focus will be on identifying new opportunities, presenting solutions to prospective clients, and closing deals to meet ambitious sales targets.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through outbound activities, including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Sales Presentations & Pitches: Conduct in-depth presentations of our solutions to prospective clients, addressing their needs and demonstrating how our products can solve their problems.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and work closely with prospects to close deals, ensuring contracts are signed and terms are agreed upon.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish strong, long-term relationships with prospects, providing excellent service during the sales process and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Reporting & CRM Management: Track your sales activities, manage prospects through the sales pipeline, and update the CRM with accurate data and activity reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including the sales support team and marketing, to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment throughout the sales process.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and effectively position our offerings.
- Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in SaaS or BPO environments. Experience in selling complex solutions or services to large organizations is a plus.
- Proven Sales Success: A demonstrated track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, focusing on long-term partnerships.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities, with the capability to manage client objections and close deals effectively.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools to track and manage the sales process.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Highly driven, goal-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively to meet targets.
