POSITION DETAILS:
LOCATION: Remote in Lisbon, Portugal
DEPARTMENT: Sales
REPORTS TO: Director, Sales
POSITION SUMMARY:
Broadvoice is looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager r to join our growing team.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Develop and manage partner's network.
- Presentation of GoContact solutions with demo sessions if required.
- Development of proposals with the support of Sales Engineering or other teams if required.
- Keep complete track of proposals and report all the activity on the CRM.
- Represent the company in different fairs and events.
- Monitor the start-up and keep the follow-up of projects along with the CSM team.
- Identify new functionalities to be developed within the scope of Contact Center Solutions.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
- Experience of at least 5 years in the sales world of SaaS.
- Previous experience of Contact Centers, with operational and technical knowledge (must have).
- Exceptional attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in managing and upselling large or global accounts.
- Strong analytical skills and adept at using key data, CRM, and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated experience of customer and partner experience, sales cycles, and end-to-end business processes in a SaaS landscape.
