Position Title: Pre-Sales Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant with proven success in a consultative selling capacity for B2B, large/strategic customer segment.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate Bringg’s value proposition, technology and features/benefits to prospective customers’ key decision-makers
    • Consultative approach; work with customers to discover their objectives and challenges, then provide solutions and industry best practices
    • Lead prospects to an understanding of the options that are applicable to their situation by demonstrating how features and benefits match their current and future needs
    • Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements
    • Demo the Bringg platform in ways that build value and tell a compelling story
    • Design, capture and optimize customer processes in Bringg
    • Partner with the Product team to become an expert and evangelist for the Bringg platform
    • Manage Proof-of-Concept or Pilot phases during a selection process
    • Help expand Bringg’s functionality by sharing observations with our Product team


    Skills /Experience Requirements:

    • 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales engineering for complex solution sales, or; a very strong background in implementation/CS with the personality and desire to move into sales
    • Enterprise SaaS platform experience a must
    • Ideally domain experience of a key target vertical such as logistics and/or retail
    • High level of technical expertise, including the ability to talk architecture, integration and infosec
    • Customer facing experience!! The right candidate will have an engaging personality, charisma, and the ability to command a room or Zoom
    • As confident using a whiteboard as they are with a platform demo
    • Experience in leading and completing RFP/RFI/RFQ responses
    • Consultative and analytical, with an ability to identify and solve process inefficiencies
    • Can work independently, highly organized, with a strong self-structure and discipline about their work
    • Expect (and hopefully enjoy!) frequent travel
    • Must be located in Germany or Switzerland
