Position Title: Sales Enablement  Manager 

Department: Sales

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager who well be able for content, and trainings, the Director of Sales of Sales Enablement will connect the dots between customer segmentation, business development, product marketing, and sales execution. Overall, the Director of Sales Enablement will equip our Sales Org and sellers with the knowledge, tools, and support that they need to maximize revenue, resources, and productivity.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create, distribute, maintain and control access to a sales material library of presentations, case studies, deck modules, videos, email templates, objection handling materials etc
  • Enable new sales team members to use existing materials, ensure they are ramped up and competent in delivery
  • Collate and distribute competitive information and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape and provide appropriate materials to sales
  • Be a proactive contributor of content to the lead nurturing system
  • Maintain strong knowledge of the Bringg's product and value proposition for brands and publishers
  • Conduct ongoing training needs analysis within the global Sales organization
  • Track and report on effectiveness and usage of materials
  • Recommend new operational processes and training programs
  • Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials: decks, event one sheets/brochures


Skills / Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years supporting a B2B sales organization, whether in an enablement, training, or product marketing function
  • Understanding of the marketing technology SaaS space and a deep understanding of, and passion for, digital marketing
  • Strong collaboration, planning, and project management skills with a proven ability to impact and influence a dispersed team
  • Passionate about training and coaching
  • Do-er, proactive, independent thinker, a strong contributor
  • Excellent organization skills, you must be comfortable working in a fast moving environment and dealing with rapidly changing requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - a creative thinker and solution seeker
  • Ability to interpret analytics, data and market research
  • Available for international travel as needed
