About the Role:
As the Sr. Manager, Program Management and Technical Center of Excellence, you will manage multi-disciplinary technical and operations programs including BrightInsight’s Product and Delivery Center of Excellence. Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Management and Operations, this is a key function within the organization focused on implementing strategic initiatives and managing and facilitating best practices across the BI organization

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
- Work in cross functional teams and independently to coordinate the research and dissemination of actionable knowledge pertaining to the building and delivery of robust and compliant digital health / regulated solutions for BI customers
- Develop Knowledge information and collaboration tools and processes.
- Coordinate and drive forward the monitoring activities of technical / regulatory changes that might impact BI product and solutions.
- Author Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Be a strategic partner to the VP of Product and Delivery Center of Excellence and theDirector of Portfolio Management and Operations to highlight areas of improvement in project delivery
- Establish key procedures, templates and frameworks
- Design and roll-out metrics/KPIs for tracking the overall performance of the Center of Excellence and other areas of the business that are identified through strategic initiatives
- Understand high-level business, functional and technical data requirements, and be able to facilitate communication and coordinate discussions that drive decisions at the appropriate stage of the process
- Serve as the Portfolio and Operations organization spokesperson on specialized projects or initiatives
- Champion large projects that might affect the company's long-range goals and objectives
- Establish key procedures, templates and frameworks for new projects and initiatives
- Partner with Head of IT to qualify new tools or enhance existing tools by adding new functionality to support the needs of internal Projects and Initiatives
Here is some of what you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably software / IT related), healthcare or life sciences.
- Healthcare / Life science / MedTech industry experience would be considered a significant advantage
- 5-8 years of experience
- Regulated SDLC experience would be considered a significant advantage
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in executing technical projects
- Experience in start-ups
