Who You Are


The Manager/Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing will support the development of a late-stage commercial asset, Acoramadis, for ATTR-cardiomyopathy. Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing, the role will guide channel development, channel level strategies, and resulting tactical execution of marketing efforts across owned channels. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in connecting touch points across an integrated marketing campaign, understand database frameworks & flows, have experience in assessing the impact of each channel, and have led multiple martech RFPs. This person must be familiar with a breadth of marketing platforms and be able to create personalized and effective user journeys within these various platforms (req. marketo, veeva, google product universe). Additionally, they must understand user data flows and potential cross-platform linkage for both data management and reporting purposes. This person will work closely with IT, legal, external developers and vendors, creative agency, corporate communications, analytics and other key stakeholders.


Responsibilities

  • Team member responsible for crafting and executing owned channel strategies related to Acoramidis and ATTR-CM (ex. Email, SMS, websites)
  • Craft detailed audience-based journeys that account for all owned messaging touchpoints and likely paid media touchpoints
  • Own development, launch and measurement planning across owned
  • Translate concepts into compelling strategic narratives for executive presentations and review
  • Manage agency relationship(s) for all email and website work including external developers and software vendors
  • Manage internal processes related to owned channel development and oversight with cross-functional stakeholders including legal and IT
  • Partner with legal and IT to standardize opt-in and user data management practices across BridgeBio
  • Manage budget and scope(s) related to owned channel work
  • Stay current on industry issues that directly and indirectly affect these workstreams and the broader digital work
  • Assess and put forward vendors that you believe will positively impact business objectives and product goals
  • Design marketing tests, present findings and recommendations, oversee optimizations
  • Set campaign goals and KPIs alongside agency partners and analytics team
  • Review reporting, understand data-based insights, and optimize campaign executions accordingly

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements

  • 6+ years of digital experience within Pharma is required
  • 4+ years overseeing owned channel development
  • Successful launch experience in a competitive market is required
  • Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing regulations required
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful user-driven, data-based, digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • High level of comfort with, and ability to communicate about marketing platforms and site development necessary.

At BridgeBio, we strive to provide a market-competitive total rewards package, including base pay, an annual performance bonus, company equity, and generous health benefits. Below is the anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. BridgeBio is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions based in other states.
