We are looking for a motivated, well organized Financial Operations Analyst to drive and manage Branch’s financial and operational reporting and analysis. He/She/They must enjoy creating order out of chaos in a high-energy work environment. The role requires someone who is adaptable, has strong inductive and deductive reasoning, and has the ability to work both on their own and within teams. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drive financial and business kpi reporting and insights across the organization
  • Develop cohort-based financial reporting to drive insights into product adoption, usage and profitability over time
  • Work between finance, accounting and customer service teams to drive standardized reporting through existing business intelligence tools
  • Integrate data between sales, relationship management and finance to drive sales and account management strategies and forecasts
  • Provide and support ad hoc reporting and analyses across the business


  • 5+ years of experience in card-based financial services
  • Experience transforming data from external sources including settlement, card issuing and processing
  • Experience maintaining data for reports, in a structured data warehouse or more informally in a BI tool such as Tableau or Looker
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functional organizations to develop reporting and analytics requirements 
  • Ability to develop, interpret and present complex financial data, with particular insight into developing and comparing cohort results to portfolio results
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, Google DataStudio, Microsoft Excel and Tableau

Nice to haves:

  • Experience implementing and reporting through business intelligence tools
  • Knowledge of standard data warehouse designs
  • Familiarity with a version-control system such as github
