Education Operations Coordinator
The BrainStation Experience team works to reinvent the traditional educational experience. As the Education Operations Coordinator, you are the primary point of contact for all student and alumni communications, as well as coordinating BrainStation industry experiences. Students and alumni will be in contact with you on a daily basis as they move through their career transformation journey in digital skills training. Your role is to support them in a professional and personable manner throughout this process to ensure success and excellent customer service throughout. As the Education Operations Coordinator, you’ll also work collaboratively to define what this experience looks like.
- Work with the Education Operations Manager to help develop and execute the best education experience for students to support them to be successful in our program and maintain positive student engagement
- Primary point of contact for student inquiries, providing the best experience with every student engagement at BrainStation
- Lead all communication initiatives for BrainStation’s career service programming and administrative announcements
- Assist students in their professional growth through supporting the development of their resume writing, online profiles, interview preparation and networking skills
- Assist with the planning and coordination of booking external speakers and events that will elevate the student experience
- Participate in the tech community and build the BrainStation brand beyond the campus
- Track and report student data and feedback to measure program success and alumni outcomes
- Collaborate in creating programs and strategies that build our student community, for both active students and alumni
Successful candidates will have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years experience in a customer or client facing role
- A proven passion for all things tech and digital
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking experience
- A dedication to providing the best customer service
- Willingness to help out where needed in all facets of the organization
- Demonstrable knowledge of pathways leading to specific career outcomes in a broad spectrum of areas within the technology industry is a strong asset
