About the Role

As an HR Specialist based in our Tel Aviv office, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. You will collaborate closely with managers and employees to ensure a positive and engaging work environment while adhering to Israeli labor laws and company policies.

In this role, you will 

  • Own the full recruitment cycle for the Israel office, including talent needs assessment, job description development, hiring manager discovery, candidate sourcing, interviewing,, and onboarding
  • Develop strategic relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and provide guidance on best practices like structured interview planning, assessment, selection and closing
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
  • Align to relevant People and Talent Acquisition team KPIs and develop reporting and insights for assigned reqs. Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve recruiter performance, interview processes, search calibrations, time to fill, etc. 
  • Partner with US People and Talent Acquisition teams to align on global processes and best practices; regularly communicate with the NYC office and facilitate information sharing between offices
  • Provide expert advice, training and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related topics, including workforce planning, succession planning, performance improvement, and organizational changes
  • Assist in promoting an organizational culture aligned with company values and goals
  • Process HR paperwork, maintain databases, and support payroll processing
  • Review compensation and benefits packages to ensure competitiveness and compliance
  • Coordinate the employee evaluation process and support talent development initiatives
  • Assist in driving learning and development initiatives tailored to the needs of the Tel Aviv office
  • Support and communicate office culture, procedures, and policies from the NYC headquarters

On your resume

  • 4+ years of relevant HR experience in a similar position, including recruitment for technical roles (front and back end developers, technical leads) and HR administration in a high-tech environment required
  • Experience managing process and candidates in an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and advise managers and employees on HR practices and procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of Israeli labor law regulations, social insurance, and personnel documentation policies
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor's Degree in a HR-related field or discipline
