As an Operations Manager and part of the Partner Management team and in close cooperation with our Brand, Communication, Marketing, and Operations teams you will support and motivate them to deliver a consistently safe, reliable, and elevated guest experience.

  • You will support the Head of Operations on both operational and strategic work.
  • You will support the Head of operations in the handling of emails from our chauffeur partners, external partners and any regulators.
  • You will support the team in operational tasks which include the onboarding/offboarding of chauffeur partners, the creation and assignment of incentives, quality control and coaching chauffeur partners on Blacklane standards, maintenance of compliance and documentation.
  • You will successfully manage the accounts of our chauffeurs, ensuring minimum friction and maximum accuracy.
  • You will build strong, authentic relationships with our chauffeur partners and our network of partners within London.
  • You will develop strategies to make Blacklane the partner of choice for our chauffeur partners in the market, including understanding their needs and identifying ways to increase earnings and satisfaction.
  • You will analyze relevant data, identifying potential challenges to solve and opportunities to maximise.
  • You will be responsible for performing regular meetings with the London team to update on Quality and compliance KPI’s 
  • You will monitor, test and input on improvements to Blacklane’s product offering, especially with a focus on the supply side and the chauffeur app experience.
  • You will support the Head of Operations on both operational and strategic work.


  • You are currently based in or within commuting range of London.
  • You have 2+ years relevant work experience in a business environment.
  • You have a track record of working in Account Management, Operations or Service quality
  • You have experience negotiating and managing low value contracts or any other commercial agreements.
  • You have previously had financial responsibilities for a business segment.
  • You are convincing, personable, helpful and welcome feedback.
  • You demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, team spirit, independence, and openness.
  • You have excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize your workload.
  • You are a team player, with the ability to motivate others to keep improving each day.

  • You have a valid driver license for the UK.
