We are building out our Marketing division and looking for Events Manager to join our growing teams across verticals.

As our Events Operations Associate, your role will be central to the success of the wider marketing team, as you collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist with successful planning and execution of global events and campaigns that engage and excite BitGo’s customers and key target accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Events to ensure the successful organization, running and reporting of BitGo events
  • Support the marketing team in the planning, launch and optimisation of regional and global integrated campaigns targeting our top accounts
  • Maintain BitGo’s events and speaking tracker and calendar
  • Work closely with our design team to develop engaging creative assets and maintain brand consistency at events
  • Utilize internal channels to build excitement and engagement around events 
  • Partner with sales and customer success to ensure effective post-event follow-up and reporting
  • Deliver regular reporting, providing recommendations for improvements

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of events experience
  • Business/Marketing/Hospitality related bachelor degree
  • Google suite experience 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly
  • Can demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality experiences
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to travel if needed, primarily within the US

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $80,000 - $140,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role's package.
