We are looking for a passionate, driven individual who wants to be a part of something big. As an Account Executive, Large Enterprise for North America, you will deliver massive value by driving digital transformation for large, well-known enterprises. Many corporations are still in the beginning of their journey, and you’ll be the professional, consultative expert who helps them realize the benefit of having one single platform to engage their entire workforce on any device.
Of course, we are a team and you will have all the support necessary from Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Sales Development, Marketing, Finance, Legal, etc. However, you are the owner of each sales cycle, and your comfort with leading the account team, propelling negotiations, and finalizing agreements will drive the success of the Large Enterprise segment.
We are open to remote hiring if you live in any of the following States: California, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, Ohio and Texas.
Predictably reach or exceed annual quota by building and managing a healthy sales pipeline
Ownership of the full sales cycles cycle from lead to close
Collaborate with members of the internal Account Team (Customer Success, Engineering, Marketing, Sales Development, Legal, Finance, Leadership, Partnerships, etc) to build strategic plans to work with prospective customers
Help establish replicable processes for Large Enterprise sales
Become an expert and trusted advisor for companies evaluating Beekeeper
Serve as the voice of the Large Enterprise segment in influencing Beekeeper’s product roadmap and resource allocation
What we look for in you
5+ years of enterprise quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS
Experience with managing a multi-million dollar plus pipeline and closing large contracts
Ability to develop and foster executive-level relationships with senior decision-makers in Information Technology, Human Resources, and Operations roles
Superb verbal and written communication
Excellent sales discovery, presentation, solution selling, value proposition, and negotiation skills
A reference-able track record of positive attitude, teamwork, and success
