As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our basic support customers and the Customer Success team through video/phone calls, chats and emails. You will gain experience in interacting with clients of all levels and in a variety of industries.

Your Responsibilities

  • Interact with small and medium enterprises through multiple channels (emails, chats, calls)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing and Operations
  • Answer questions related to Beekeeper and escalate when necessary
  • Educate and empower our customers on the Beekeeper platform
  • Own the customer experience and work to exceed their expectations. We want to treat our customers the same way you would treat a guest in your own home.
  • Proactively look for solutions to problems and propose improvements if something could work better.
  • Be the voice of the customer
