As a Jr. Sales Ops Specialist you will manage the day to day tasks that are crucial for keeping our sales team running efficiently. You will ensure our reps have the latest collateral, our database is in tip-top shape, and more. Demo creation for NA will also be wholly owned by the associate. You will be a critical conduit between the Sales and Marketing teams.  

Your Responsibilities

  • BKPR Demo Creation (custom demos)
  • Salesforce Data Management and Deduplication
  • Salesforce Lead Importing
  • Sales Tools Support within the Org
  • Sales Collateral creation and management
  • Closed Deal Quality Checks

What we look for in you

  • A positive attitude
  • A bachelor's degree
  • Experience managing data in Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Google Apps (sheets, docs, slides, drive)
  • Quick learner and problem solver

Bonus points

  • Working experience in a technology or SaaS company
  • Experience with the following tools: Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Drift and others
