We are looking for passionate, self-driven individuals. As a Sales Enablement Manager at Beekeeper you will own and drive all Sales Enablement Programs. You will partner with Sales leadership on improvement of current sales workflows and the development of new ones.

The Sales Enablement Manager will partner with our sales & marketing teams from on-boarding to ongoing learning and development. Enablement done right is highly personalized, delivering the right message at the right time.  This position will help Beekeeper achieve aggressive onboard, growth and revenue targets. Ultimately, you will help improve the quality of conversation with prospects and customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the design, development and delivery of training initiatives (in-person, remote, self-paced) for growing global sales team (Absorb)
  • Develop a comprehensive global sales on-boarding process to improve ramp time to full productivity of new sales hires and provide the training and tools essential for success
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure that new sales content and tools align with the corporate strategy, sales process and selling skills methodologies used at Beekeeper
  • Act as sales champion across the business to ensure that the right programs, tools and content are developed to support sales
  • Create, evaluate and maintain productivity metrics and KPIs to document success

What we look for in you

  • 3-4 years in a Sales Enablement role within a SaaS org
  • Minimum of two years in a quota carrying sales role
  • Experience in delivering training both in person and remotely
  • Experience in designing self-paced learning programs
  • The ability to work cross functionally
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) and interpersonal skills; positive, flexible attitude
  • Ability and willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Highly organized, great attention to detail, and deadline driven
  • Good problem solver with strong project management skills
  • A Bachelor's Degree
