The role

We’re looking for someone who thrives on interacting with people and providing excellent client assistance and support. You’ll use your ability to build quick rapport to help our subscribers get the most out of the Beauhurst platform. If your dream job sees you interacting with clients on a daily basis, this is the role for you.

Beauhurst is an online platform that enables users to search for start-ups, scale-ups and other interesting, ambitious companies, providing them with hugely valuable information. Our product has a strong USP and many and varied uses across industries from Corporate Finance and Private Equity through to Government bodies, universities and service providers to start-ups themselves. Our clients include the likes of Deloitte, KPMG, Smith and Williamson and the London Stock Exchange to name just a handful.

You’ll learn all about the industries surrounding high-growth companies in order to train our varied client-base to use the Beauhurst platform. You’ll think on your feet to come up with the best solutions for our subscribers’ commercial goals, and work with a range of different people from CEOs to analysts, being on hand to help out with queries in person and online.

You’ll work alongside a tight-knit Account Management team, and will be integral to the future of our product, communicating user feedback in order to steer the development of new features.



Training subscribers to use our online platform

Communicating user feedback back to the company

Helping with internal reporting and process improvements

Spotting opportunities for our Account Managers to up-sell or cross-sell (for instance, to sell our consultancy services)

Keeping up to date with and communicating new feature releases

Building excellent rapport with subscribers

Responding to complex queries


About you

To excel in this role, you’ll be:

Good at managing your time

Proactive and resilient

Interested in and keen to learn about the high-growth sector

Comfortable interacting with a range of people

Motivated by providing excellent client support


Desirable (but not essential):

Comfortable working with spreadsheets for reporting (Google Sheets, Excel or Numbers)

 We’re looking for Graduates and are not concerned about specific work experience (although obviously any experience you have that demonstrates the above can only work in your favour!)
