Your Impact:

At-Bay is reinventing cyber insurance. By coupling a cybersecurity insurance with a cybersecurity monitoring service, we provide dramatically better value and better service to our customers. The scale of our insurance customer acquisition is rapidly making At-Bay one of the largest cybersecurity providers in the market.

The Security Services team is responsible for engaging with our customers and brokers partners to reduce their risk throughout their relationship with us.

As GM for our Security Services, you own building the portfolio of services to secure our customers throughout their journey with us. From our advice prior to extending coverage, ongoing risk advisory, security monitoring and incidence response.

Your responsibilities

  • Own the relationship with our insureds and the outcome of reducing their risk
  • Build out and scale the Security Services organization adding new categories of services to it
  • Collaborate within the At-bay organization to shape our overall approach to reducing risk in our customer-base
  • Design highly scalable, cost-effective ways for us to engage our customers

Experience:

  • 15+ years experience of which 10+ in cybersecurity
  • Leadership experience in several fields of cyber security services (cyber advisory, managed security, incident response)
  • Experience building out a function from zero to scale
  • Experience working in a Tech Product organization or designing Managed Service are a strong plus
