About the Job

At At-Bay, our focus on risk management is enhanced through our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services. We are seeking an Integration Engineer with a strong focus on endpoint security to enhance our cybersecurity offerings. This role involves onboarding and integrating client security systems into our SOAR platform and ensuring the stability and efficiency of these integrations and data pipelines.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding and integration of security solutions in diverse client environments, ensuring compatibility and efficient operation.
  • Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of security sensors and data pipelines, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
  • Analyze and interpret security data, providing clients with actionable insights and strategies for system optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive issue resolution and high-quality service delivery.

 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with exposure to EDR or security consulting.
  • Working knowledge of one or more EDR solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Carbon Black, Palo Alto Networks).
  • Familiarity with Network Traffic Analysis, SOAR, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, and Email Security for effective system integration and monitoring.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver integrated security solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues related to the interoperability of security technologies.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of providing clients with guidance on the integrated security systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience; cybersecurity certifications preferred.

Our estimated base pay range for this role is $100,000 - $150,000 per year. Base salary is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to market data, location, internal equitability, domain knowledge, experiences and skills.
