Primary Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Understand the needs of specific markets from a customer and regulatory perspective.
  • Negotiate with international processors, BaaS PaaS, and other service providers, international schemes, and other partners.
  • Help Design and execute issuing digital products strategy based on clients’ needs
  • Analyzing and launching existing products (Debit/Prepaid Cards) in new countries to drive our international expansion.
  • Negotiate with international processors, BaaS PaaS, and other service providers, international brands, and other partners.
  • Develop a strategy for maximizing product profits.
  • Constant collaboration and communication with the internal teams: Legal, IT, Finance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Marketing, and Operations Teams.
  • Define and create KPIs for monitoring product & business performance and propose improvements.

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Background working in/with fintech.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Determined – not afraid to question and investigate difficult challenges so that they can be resolved quickly.
  • Can-do attitude – happily takes on any relevant task; comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing company culture.
  • Excellent English level.
